Asus vg248qe or samsung s25hg50 vs BenQ Zowie XL2411P

As you can see from the title. I have option of getting either asus one for 225$ open box(picture down bellow)

Or the samsung one without box but 10/10 condition. The zowie one costs 211$(11 months warranty) 1 month used.

Which one should I get as prices of newer models are pretty high here.

PS: asus new box pack costs 254$ with 3 years warranty should I buy new?

I am really low on budget rn for my build.
