Managing a Cisco server for beginners

I was able to get a Cisco C220 M2, some routers, and switched for pretty cheap. Now I am not familiar with a server really, but I really want to learn.

Are there any good forms, sites, or videos to look into as very basic guides?

Thanks!

That server is a normal dual 1366 system, run whatever os you want on it. You probably want to run a hypervisor on it.

Google for switches and routers, lots of guies out there.

What do you want to do on it.?

I installed eSXI on it and I'm trying to manage that. I want to get Windows Server on it and play around.

In the end I want to host some game servers or use it as a network backup

Last time I used ESXi it was still called ESX. But I remember that installing any OS isn't that hard. Just get a windows server iso and install it.
