Emoji window overlapping

I guess (hope) this isn't expected behaviour?

It happened when I fat fingered a second 'P' onto the :/P emoji and then deleted it. The modal just kinda stuck around...

So is the rest probably

I think I'd rather just shoot myself now, thanks :P

I'm gonna call either theme issue or browser with this one. Works as it should on latest Firefox and Night theme. And I use the weirdest zoom/dpi combination there can possible be.

Yeah, there's been some issues with Emojis for a while now.

No big deal though, I've gotten used to my problem.  It's not like I use Emojis often anyway.  ?

They stay like this for 10-15 seconds before showing up properly.

Win7 with Firefox 66.0.2, using uMatrix, uBlock Origin and Ghostery.  Turning the addons off doesn't help.
Rest of the PC specs are in my profile.
