Looking for a game (that may not exist...)

Radium_Angel

There are a number of videos on Anthem that show a pretty slick-looking and seemingly interactive cityscape.

While the rest of the game doesn't interest me, I'm wondering if a game exists that is played solely in a massive city with lots of things to do/places to explore/people to meet.

That's the first thing that popped to my mind as well. Never played it myself, but it's been getting some really good reviews; might give it a try, if I ever get a PS4.

  • GTA IV. You can go bowling. /s Any GTA from GTA III onwards. GTA V has online if that's your thing.
  • Saints Row
  • Just Cause (if you want to blow things up)
  • That ubisoft hacking GTA clone which I can't think of the name of. (It's pretty mediocre)
  • Mafia
  • Sleeping Dogs

Thank you gentlemen for the suggestions. GTA isn't really my thing (not into playing the bad guy) and I'll skip on DDLC, though I did watch the zero punctuation review of it.

The CP2077 looks promising.
