If the livestreaming is an issue, the platforms would stop him from doing do. 

 

As for "pirating Windows", he did a whole video on that. 

Basically he doesn't pirate it, he just doesn't activate it because he changes hardware so often that he'd basically be re-activating his Windows all the time.

ToS isn't legally bounding document in sense where someone could go to jail for breaking it. Services can kick him off, and they could try to squeeze money out of LMG (which wouldn't be worth the bad press they will get). Copyright laws are another thing, but even that legislation is abused to point where it has very thin effect.
