My pc won't load into windows I am stuck at windows 10 loading.

It happened when I restartet after installing new Nvidia driver. I am using the Intel optane so I can't just drag and drop my files over because of raid and I can't load the recovery options and therefor I can't go to safe mode. I tryed to make a recovery disk but it didn't recognize my main drive(probably because of Intel optane) So what do I do! . I've already contacted Microsoft, Intel, Nvidia but they could not help me and they didn't seem to care. ?

Ditch the Intel Optane for starters, then try installing Win10 using the Windows Media Creation Tool.

That's strange. I got something similar when one of my ram sticks was only partially in the slot. I would double check to make sure your optane drive and your other drives are connected correctly.  Same with ram.
