I suspect a CPU bottleneck. This means that your CPU is too weak for your GPU.

These aren't really to trust, but use this as a page that will tell you how you how you should upgrade if you can.

There is also a slim chance that there is something wrong with the CPU or GPU. I recommend you contact MSI, because it appears that this is a laptop.
