Input lag after a few hours

RikuX

Hey guys, so I've had this issue since I built my new pc about a month or two ago. Everything seemed to work fine when I first built it, and the only issue I have at the moment is that I keep getting slight input lag after using my pc for about 3-4 hours. I keep constantly having to restart my pc so that the input lag goes away, and the cycle just repeats. I have an ssd so my restarts don't take long but it's still really annoying having to do that every so often. Was there something I didn't do when I first built my computer, or is some program causing this issue? Please help

Here are my specs just in case:

Motherboard: MAG Z390 Tomahawk
CPU: i7-8700k
GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Armor
RAM: Vengeance Pro 16 GB (3000 MHz)
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB
HDD: WD 1 TB
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus 850W Platinum

No, it's just mouse lag while I'm actually playing the game. It only really happens in fps games like R6, Apex Legends, and Overwatch. Other games like osu or League are fine

Software for the mouse - LGS Logitech Gaming Software (older) or Logitech G Hub (newer) - and the keyboard / other peripherals.

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus 850W Platinum

I'm having the exact same problem but i have a B450M, Ryzen 5 2600x, EVGA RTX 2060, exact same ram, ssd, hhd, 500w.

Not sure how to fix it but restarting is the only way i've found how. It's really confusing because i've added coolers, changed my overall room temperature, move my pc to more cooling areas, I've done it all. And i'm still not sure how to fix it, if you found a way PLEASE help me, it's so unbelievably annoying and sometimes for me it starts having the delay after 30 minutes to and hour. Please help me find a solution. Thanks
