The best video editing software for windows 10?

webguy

Hi.  I am very new to video editing.  I want to record my gameplay video and edit it into shorter videos for youtube.  I do not know much about video editing so what program would you recommend as the best video editing software for windows 10?  It would help if it was beginner friendly but I still would like to know the best.  Is it adobe premiere?  Thanks.

Windows Photos if you have 0 experience. Anything else, if you have some experience. Davinci Resolve is best I've used.

It depends on your system specs. many editors depends on it. I recommend filmora or camtasia for an average computer.
