Garbage microphone quality

Is there a way to purposely make my microphone quality absolutely garbage?

 

I can only lower my microphone to 8000 hz and I'm wondering if there's a way to force it to be even lower, like this clip: https://www.reddit.com/r/perfectlycutscreams/comments/arbrg4/jschlatt_in_a_nutshell/

It's just so I can mess with my friends.
