MY CCTV CAMERA IS SHOWING DISORTION

My CCTV Camera is PANASONIC PRO HD+ BULLET Camera.But it is showing high dissortion in image all times.But, Sometimes it is becoming very hingly dissorted. What is the problem??

Is my Power Supply(12VDC CP-PLUS CAMERA POWER SUPPLY) bad or my DVR(New DAHUA 1080p HD DVR 4 CHANNEL) bad or something else is bad.

This occurs very often sometimes it is clear...

Please check the screenshot

 

Please give me the fix....
