Discord Screenshare sound not working

Me and my friend always use discord screenshare with sound and it used to always work and it we'd do the funniest things ever but now theres no sound for both of us for some reason.

Stream the application, not your screen 

also Discord is very unstable

i7 6700k, GTX 1080, Crucial MX 300, Maximus VII Hero, WD Blue, 16 GB RAM
