something to do with timezones maybe? is the time and time zone on your pc set correct?

Saw this issue on my PC running Windows 10 Pro and Google Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.86).

Issue fixed. This is my new PC and I haven't gotten everything configured properly, so my timezone was wrong.
