Randomly no POST/BIOS

Highguy

Hi,

So I've built this pc in July 2016, never had any problems or issues with it.

Two days ago, upon trying to start my PC, I've noticed that nothing was happening.

After 20-30 seconds PC booted up with no BIOS. Fans were spinning, mobo lights were on but no image.

I tried updating my BIOS, removing the CMOS battery/clearing CMOS, unplugging PC from the wall outlet as well as switching the PSU off and holding

the power button for 10 seconds but the problem still is recurring.

I found that turning the power supply switch off and on and quickly turning the PC on works but I don't know what could be the problem. Right now I'm able to use my PC only if I use this method else it won't pass BIOS/POST.
