Intel Core I7 9700K or I7 8086K?

I found a 8086K in a price of a 9700K. I know 9700K is better but 8086K is in a limited edition.

8086k, a bit warmer but it's binned and the 12 threads helps out a tiny bit of some stuff, pure gaming though 9700k is better.

IMO the 8700k is more versatile
