can anyone say me if my builld is worth the money and parts are compatible

You don't need this "big" cooler for that CPU, get a normal air cooler, you will be just fine.

Get a cheap SSD if you can for the OS.

Don't go with an A320 board. Please. B350 boards are the minimum I'd recommend for a Ryzen 7 CPU. Drop the liquid cooler and stick with the stock Wraith Spire. The aftermarket thermal paste is not necessary, the Wraith Spire has a layer pre-applied.

You can also save a lot of money by leaving Windows deactivated or by buying a cheap key from key resellers.

Go with an 8x2 kit of RAM instead of buying each stick individually. RAM from a kit with multiple sticks is more likely to play nice with your system.

Thermaltake's RGB power supplies aren't the best, and 500W is pushing it for what you've got. I'd go with, at minimum, 600W.

With the money gained by dumping the liquid cooler and leaving Windows deactivated, you should be able to grab a cheap 120-240GB SSD as your boot drive. This is WAY THE HELL MORE IMPORTANT than a liquid cooler.

I'm at work, so I can't do a PCPartpicker list right now.

but still my price goes to 90000 can i do something to reduce it under 80000. 73856.98 + 17000(for the motherboard and ssd)

India PCPP is a nightmare with so many missing prices.

Best I could do. Went with a cheaper case (but with RGB still). SSD is half the size, due to my not being able to fit a decent 240GB SSD into the budget, however this SU800 SSD is quite a bit better than the Kingston.

There was no way I could fit the Ryzen 1700 into your 80k INR budget without making huge sacrifices to the rest of the build. So unless you are gonna stream or do work on your PC, the Ryzen 1600 is perfectly fine paired with the RX 580. The stock cooler is a bit less capable, but still should handle the CPU at stock frequencies. You can always upgrade the cooler later.

I suppose you could go that route. The RX 570 is only about 10-15% slower than the 580.

Might still put you over budget a bit, idk.
