Matrexx 55 case fans don’t work

I have also been in my bios into system fan 2 and set the fans speed at max, changed to setting to voltage and PWM or something and still didn’t work. Should I get new fans?Hello, first post. I have a matrexx 55 case and a B450 Aorus M mobo. 

I have the fans with four pins connected to each other, and a main one into the sys 2 fan pin. They won’t spin whatsoever. And I am at a loss.

I got it from a local store not from deep call directly should I just contact of the store instead?
