Help identifying the model of the display please

I got this 7inch headrest display but decided to open it because I didn't need it. After opening it this company was nice enough to put a sticky padding on the serial number so half of the number is gone. any help will be appreciated.

and one more thing is any of those generic 7inch lcd board driver going to work?
