How to uninstall Intel Extreme Tuning Utility?

Can anyone help me remove it completely?

Hey,

 

I know this is an old one, but can you please specify how did you get rid of it? I'm browsing the internet left and right but can't find one reliable guide on how to exactly remove this pest of a software.

 

I uninstalled using Windows Add or Remove, but it leaves a bunch of leftovers in a folder that won't go. I manually disabled the service, but that's all I could do.
