whenever I try to run any games which are not installed in steam, my screen turn black and a message pops us

showing

D-Sub

out of range

67.5 KHz/60Hz

I tried few solutions recommended in youtube but none of them helps

Sounds like they're trying to run a refresh rate and resolution combo your monitor can't handle. Can you connect a monitor through something else than VGA?
