The Drive or Network connection that the shortcut "Txt_Filler" or (disk write error) on steam

So i haven't used my Laptop in about three days and in that period of time something happened that i wasn't aware of. Every time i try to open a game by using a shortcut or going to its launcher it opens a new window with one of the two (depending on which way i open the game) and I've done about  30 minutes of searching and still haven't found a solution to my problems so if anyone could help me fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
