decent overclock?

so i have a strix 1070ti oc on water that i just finished overclocking.  I was able to achieve a +225 on the core and a +500 on the mem.  I could probably go further on the mem but most people say that it dosent have that much of an impact on games.  If anyone else has this card and you overclocked it what were you able to achieve?  also max temps were 50 degrees Celsius 

Current Rig=  AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus Crosshair Hero VIII, EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ultra, 32gb Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3000hz White, EVGA 750 P2 PSU, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro, 500gb samsung 860 evo, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2TB seagate firecuda sshd,  LianLi PC 011 Dynamic XL ROG edition, Corsair h150i elite capelix

just test it out yourself.I bet 10% improvement at your curent fps,

i.e. you may get from 60fps to 66fps or 100 to 110fps

either case you will not know the difference
