Best Headphones Under $100

AmpedUpDad

I am getting my next payout from Twitch and would like to replace my terrible "wireless" headset with a new pair of wired headphones. I am pretty much on the outside looking in as far as audio tech goes, since I keep up with PC components and that's about it.

So here's what I'd like:

It doesn't need a mic, as I have a blue yeti.

They do need to have good sound quality(good bass and clarity) and durability(I have a 2 year old who may get ahold of them at some point).

Some form of noise cancelling would be nice, but I won't freak out if it doesn't as long as it sounds good.

Thanks in advance. Y'all are awesome.

Sennheiser HD 559: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L1IIEKM/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_kVqKCb25GR8XN

All 4 are staples at this price range. 559s are open back and have a slightly cleaner and flatter frequency responce. M40x are slightly more bass heavy. SRH440 are seemingly indestructible (seen in almost every music or broadcast studio). The 280 Pros are the "All-rounder" headset.

Looking for any other suggestions outside of @Brink2Three's suggestions.

Not saying his/hers are bad suggestions, but I would love to see some other choices.

Thanks y'all!

Takstar pro 82 super comfortable built well, status audio cb1 also great nice flat response not built that well, ath m40x you need to change the pads for these to be good. Shp 9500s if you can find these for under a $100 maybe like $90 your are getting the best open back possibility the best headphone for under a $100 right now.

Thanks, I'll look into these.

Also, and I guess I should have put this, I would prefer closed back over the ear headphones...
