Lowest level Qualcomm or Exynos CPU supporting native HEVC 10 bit video playback.

I have been researching this for a while, in both Qualcomm(7 series chipsets) and Exynos(7 series chipsets) websites looking for hevc 10 bit video playback supporting processor. But they all say they support hevc video playback but does they support native hevc 10 bit decoding. Because if they don't then it will use cpu to process the file which basically transcodes back to hevc consuming insane battery life.

Basically I want to buy a new phone but not premium flagship so looking for the lowest chipset which support 10 bit hevc video playback and then which mobile phone has the same chipset.
