Can't overclock in bios

first update bios if its not updated

 

second double check what settings you are changing before you reboot, make sure xmp is on

Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB GAMING AMP Video Card
Case: NZXT - H500 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

 

I can overclock my cpu in ryzen master at a stable 4.0 at good temps. But when i try to overclock through the bios it  doesn't boot after i save the settings.
