Stuttering with 9590 and 970 sli.

Last I remember, it would clear up stuttering on games that had issue with VRAM handoff (Which is a big part of SLI). So yes.

Try it and see.  SLI can murder performance if it doesn't work well.  That's why most people would recommend a single better GPU over 2 lesser ones.

 

That said, I'm not sure why you aren't allowed to open the case...  How do they expect you to clean it for one?  Do you have a history of breaking things or something?

Sorry for not coming to ltt for a while. My step dad thinks he knows everything about pc's which he does not, and i dont have a history of breaking stuff but he doesnt trust me. My dad thinks its just stuipid since i built my other pc and my brothers.
