A way to remove all drivers at once

Hello

So I have quite a problem. My CPU is devoured by system interrupts. It's really noticeable in game. The main problem is that I know it's caused by DPC latency but I tried every fix I saw online. LatencyMon shows that basically everything is causing it. I tried updating GPU drivers, bios and all that. 

I was thinking about doing a whole system reinstall but I'm currently in my dorm and it would be too much work redownloading everything. So I thought about removing all the drivers and seeing if that helps.

I will probably do that in the weekend since I'm going home. But I just wanted to find a temporary fix until then

It would be really hard and take a long time to remove all your drivers anyways it wouldn't be fun. I would reinstall or sometimes in will make A new user account on the system and see if thst account works, if so then I move my stuff from my old acc and delete it afterwards
