as for your question, yeah itll be fine, the GT 1030 is like 30 watts, compared to the 75w max of the pcie slot, it wont need any additional power connectors, that psu will have everything else needed for the motherboard and any drives you have in the system

i have msi motherboard which is h61m-p20 and gt 1030 OC and intel i5 2400 and 1 DVD drive and 1 Hard drive... will corsair vs450 work well with my pc ? also will all the pins and everything fit well right ?

these cheap stuff match each other well, and yes they will work

some one will tell you not to use that psu due to its pooer quality~~~

but you can never stress that sys over 300w(or may be 250w I think) , so it will be fine
