I'd get the Gigabyte.

Not really. The Xilence is based on something that seems inspired by CWT GPU but its made by a different Manufacturer. In this Case its XHY.

should i pay 10-15 more euros to get the bitfenix formula 450w instead of the bq pure power 11 400w? the bq is around 58 euros and the bitfenix is 70 euros. is the tier a+ psu significantly better in terms of quality?

Probably not. What's your system?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

I'd go with the Formula. That 12euros is not significant at all. Though I must admit, the formula gold is cheaper in my country than BQ PP11 :)

I'd pick the BF FG, due to the extra 50w, which can come handy with some upgrade or OC.

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

The Antec EA550G is pretty good, if it's the newer model. You need to be careful with those as you may actually be buying the older, obsolete model.

Could you provide a link where you're buying from?

Yeah, probably the old model with 3 years warranty. Better avoid.

The Leadex Silver is also very good for the price, along with the Pure Power 11.

no its 7 year warranty, the seller mentioned it is made by seasonic

actually i wrote the price wrong due to currencies conversion.

antec is 5.7$ more than pp11

pp11 is 4.3$ more than leadex silver

anyway i think im getting the pp11 500w because its cheaper and has more reviews

thx

I see the old tier list only had a couple of "PC Power & Cooling" units on it (but nothing outside of tier C and only two models mentioned).  Is this one new enough to merit ranking here and is this brand not in this list because they aren't that popular?  https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Bz7v6h/pc-power-cooling-silencer-1050w-80-platinum-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-fps1050-a5m00

I didn't even realise PC Power & Cooling were still around and making new stuff.

Has been tested at Tom's Hardware and Cybernetics
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/pc-power-and-cooling-silencer-1050w-psu,5871.html

https://www.cybenetics.com/code/pdf.php?id=OaR

https://www.cybenetics.com/code/pdf.php?id=gvm (Sample #2)

DC-DC, LLC Resonant topology. Good ripple (<20ms ripple across all rails). Has OCP on 12V rail which isn't always present on single rail PSUs. Efficiency looks good (as to be expected with an 80+ Platinum unit). Fan noise is pretty good for a 1000W+ unit (under 40dBa at max load), probably in part thanks to its efficiency. 16AWG cables on EPS/PCIe. Looks like it's using 12pin for PCIe on the PSU modular interface for its 2x PCIe cables, as well as 18+10pin for the motherboard 24pin.
Single rail design on a 1000W+ PSU isn't ideal. Below average hold up time for a 1000W PSU. Lacks OTP and Tom's Hardware notes some issues with its power good signal. Single rail design isn't a huge concern, but lack of OTP and faulty power good signal are more of a concern.

As for what all that means in regards to where it should be on this list...  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
