How can i remove dead pixels on a monitor?

VirtualBlack

I bought a second-hand monitor and it came with a single dead pixel (see attached image)

Actually i´m not sure if is a dead pixel or a stuck pixel because is not black, it is gray, so maybe i could fix it with a software

seems to be a stuck pixel rather than a dead pixel.

You can try stuck pixel fixing software as suggested, or taking the eraser end of a pencil and gently pressing on the stuck pixel, however, if that pixel is physically dead in hardware, your next steps are to replace the LCD screen.

Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9560 (the real 15" MacBook Pro that Apple didn't make) Tablet: iPad Mini 5 | Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 10.1
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 | Panasonic TS20D Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

Ok, I will try, do you think is a dead or stuck pixel?

Yes. Because I am not an electrical engineer, so I'd have no way of knowing.
