GPU usage and temps HIGH

so i use afterburner for the OSD display and its showing high temps and high load on CS:GO which isnt hard to run, but my usage seems to be 1500 at idle ? is there an issue ?

high load = high fps

 

high temps = Nope, 57C is the opposite of high

 

1500: This memory usage? Still very low, newer games easily use twice if not three times of that.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

more of this = more speee. All Pascal cards go past 1800 under 3D load.

idle temps are directly tied to case temperature, as long as it's not 60C+, only full load temperatures matter

should the idle temp be below that without the GPU fans spinning? they are currently on 40% and under load on BFV high settings it maxes at 65 i believe

also is it normal that the core clock is on 1500+ while idle ??? thats not under pressure?

it can totally be lower, and there's no lower limit for temperatures. Lower is always better, as long as you're fine with the fan noise.

did you use "high performance" power plan in Nvidia Control Panel? Keep that on "optimal power"
