wen gaming i wanna watch a video on the side but.....

i have 3 monitors one primary one for discord and one where i want to watch videos while i play but everytime i play a game the video i wanna watch is getting 2fps! i think the game takes all the power of my 2080 ti and gives it to the game can i limit that? like reserve 1 gb for firefox and the rest for the game? lowering the settings didnt work! my game did it with total war warhammer 2 and that came out in 2016 to i should be no problem(btw have a ultrawide 1440p 100hrz monitor as primary!)

just disable hardware acceleration to make the CPU decode the video instead
