HyperX Cloud Stinger vs HyperX Cloud Stinger core

Hi I'm currently torn between spending 35$ for the HyperX Cloud Stinger Core or 59$ for the Hyper X Cloud Stinger.. both of them I've seen from reviews are very similar at sound quality.

Hyper x core has a breathable fabric ear cup

Hyper x stinger has the memory foam 

 

I'm open to any other gaming headsets i can afford (Max 70$) 

My preferences are 

- Comfort (i dislike headphones that can store heat after prolong use and cause sweating and has a noticeable clamp force on my head)

- Sound Quality (as long as it works any type of surround sound goes with me)

- I don't really care about how it looks since i won't be gaming outside of my house, but preferably Black coloured is my choice.

Stinger is made out of plastic, so it'll be light.
