Favourite Jelly/Preserve?

TopHatProductions115

We all have our preferred foods and drinks, but I'm here to ask -

What are your favourite jams/jellies/preserves/spreads? Is it jalapeño pepper jelly? Maybe it's Apple Butter?! Perhaps you're a fan of Peanut Butter? Whatever your preference is, it's welcome here! List it here, and feel free to list multiple ;)

It depends on what it's on.  Mint jelly is common on lamb for example.

I don't like grape that much though.

And now to disgust everyone.

I like orange marmalade

Come Bloody Angel

Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

Fierce Bloody Angel

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Everybody turns to dust.

Everybody turns to dust.

The blood is on your hands.

The blood is on your hands!

Pyo.

I get my honey fresh from the hives or the farmers market and it blows away any jam (even strawberry). Not to mention the health benefits.

I was a bee keeper, some tweakers kept on opening up the hives and was fucking with them.

Have yet to start up a hive here.

In the local supermarket there's this unholy reunion of dulce de leche and chocolate that i just LOVE.

It tastes a tad like Nutella but its better and cheaper.

I'm prediabetic so I have to limit my sugar intake. With one exception, I've found sugar free jellies and jams to taste like...well, artifical (screamingly fake) and not very good ( ? ). The exception is Smuckers Sugar Free Grape Jam. I love that stuff. I don't eat toast very often but, when I do, the Smuckers is the only thing I will put on the toast besides butter (I prefer the Land O Lakes butter with olive oil).

Ummm I'm a special, quirky and interesting person so I only eat the farmers best(you wouldn't know it). Curated from the local farmers market across the street from my favorite coffee shop, the flavor is obviously kale rhubarb. No sugar, no preservatives, no gluten, no fat, and it's full of health benefits. Also, I'm vegan.

Mint jelly... I remember my first trip two weeks long in england when I was a teenager... Spent two weeks in a family and our first dinner with the family was lamb with mint jelly and jello for dessert...

Speak of cultural shock! ^o^

Now... Regarding the thing I LOVE on my tartine (buttered bread) it's...

Rose hip jam

Sweet onion garlic jelly is amazing on burgers.

Beyond that, I like my grape jelly on my toast.

Am currently working on coming up with a chicken jelly for sandwiches.

are we talking strickly fruit based spreads or all spreads?

so for fruit based stuff like jelly and jam i would say probably strawberry-rhubarb or anything kiwi related

general spreads id go with nutella

and if i put any meats or cheese or whatever on there then i go for sour cream on bread
