My pc won’t get the division 2 over 74 frames

Joltzz

My pc is a gtx 1070 and an I7 8700k overclocked to 4.9 ghz yet on Tom Clancy’s the division2 I stay around 70 to 74 frames.my

v-sync isn’t on and my games frames aren’t capped I have no idea how to get it to go above the 70 range. Is it my monitor or is it some setting I have on in the control pannel I don’t know honestly.

Seems to be about the average fps for those specs.

This guy was getting up towards 100fps though I think it may be from settings?

Same average framerate your seeing in this one for 1440p which is what your using I'm assuming?

I’m running a 1080p 75hz monitor actually I feel I should be getting more frames with my build the first video also had v-sync on and I don’t.I am also running at medium high settings.
