whats the error code given? Do you have any overclocks applied yet or still factory defaults in BIOS?

I can only remember the last 2 codes, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. I overclocked the cpu R7 2700X to 4.0 but kept the ram at 2400. It works perfectly fine on my last MB but it’s really weird on this new one.

I searched the codes a bit and seems like they are both related to my ram.

Yes, most likely. When doing a system swap and reinstalling windows, leave everything at factory default/optimized defaults and install. Once you install and get yourself up and stable with your OS and programs, then you worry about doing overclocking.

I switched the ram position from slot 1,3 to slot 2,4. Seems running fine for the last 2 hours.

Check your motherboard manual for optimal ram placement as it very from board to board. also try without the overclock as different boards are better or worse for overclocking if they have more or less vrm's
