No signal to monitor...sometimes

Qwertyasdf

Hey guys I have just recently built my first computer, and it can power on perfectly fine. However, I turn on the monitor and it receives no signal? I checked the cables and slots to see if it’s in correctly (it’s fine) and it finally started in bios after the 3rd-ish time. I checked and it did detect all of my parts, so then I turned it off to boot into windows, but when i turned it on it said no signal again. I’ve only boot it around 3/7 times! I’ve reseated gpu and checked if everything is screwed in.

I would first clear the cmos, if that doesn't help I would check your motherboard manufacturers website to see if there is a bios update for the board at all
