10. 7 looks very out-dated, even compared to something like Android or iOS.

More user control, Less data collection, more compatable, less bugs, standard OS layout

 

The 'perks' of 10 over 7 dont make up for its detractors.

I would says Windows 7, but Windows 7 will be worthless after Jan 14; 2020... And Windows 10 have their own major problems.
