Can someone help me identify this graphics card?

I recently found myself in possession of a graphics card that I can't use, and I would like to sell it for a reasonable price, can anyone identify it? I can't share an image because my phone's camera is broken, so I'll do my best to explain what it looks like.

It seems to be for one of those skinny computers, solid black PCB with only two outputs, some type of DVI and another circular one. there is a heatsink on the part furthest from what would be on the outside of the computer. Ask questions if you need to know more.

Does the card have a sticker on it with a model number? If not, then its basically going to be near impossible to tell you what card it is without pictures.

if it has any model numbers at all on it, type them out here. theres no way anyone will identify it by a description

it says GF 6200 256MB DDR2 TV DVI on the back

its not worth very much if anything sorry, its about 15 years old. A geforce 6200.
