Overclocking & LLC (?)

I am trying to overclock (for the first time) and am at 4.0ghz at approx 1.31/1.32v. 

I've uploaded a picture of its HWinfo64 during a prime95 test. 

Am I doing this wrongly? I have read a lot of articles talking about LLC, and I am unable to find it in my BIOS settings. 

For reference, I am using Asus Prime B350M-A, Ryzen 5 2600 with a Cryorig R1.

If it's helpful, I was stable at 1.24v, 3.9ghz. I thought i won the silicon lottery xd
