iPhone 5S OS install error (4013)

Greetings! I decided to take that iPhone 5S I had laying around and try to bring it back to life. I changed its battery (the original one was dead) and when I turned on the phone I was presented with the restore screen. So I proceeded to install iTunes (installed yesterday and checked for updates today as well) and to do whatever their official guide tells me. this is what ended up happening (I used both, a authentic cable and an aftermarket one)

None of the tips on the site help and I am left wondering what do I need to do..If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it!
