[ASK] Recording resolution.

I am going to take a trip like in 3 months, and i wanted to make cinematic vlog with my S10 so i wanted to make sure that everything will be on it's best quality. And on the resolution, should i record 1080p with OIS, or 4k without OIS?

4k will of course looks better and if you can somehow use something to stabilize the phone whether its a tool like gimbal stabilizer (its available for smartphone but i never try it) or a technique i'd prefer that.
