Magnetic levitation fans are more quiet heck the vids on them.

It does absolutely nothing to the noise that moving air makes. Even the cheap 5€ fans nowadays are not loud on low rpms, and if you want a queit pc you wont run fans over 1000rpm. Silence geeks wont go over 600-800rpm.

If you're case allows it, install this and your hdd will become basically silent. The loudest thing in my case is the air blown out of my case-fan through the case metal. The fan itself is silent, but how the air flows through those holes inside the metal creates some noise. I'll probably have to install a filter to reduce noise further.
