Silence build question?

I have some question about my psu selection, I have been looking at a fanless option the (silverstone nightjar) 

I was thinking is it a good option seeing I'm using a silverstone sg13 I'm worried it might overheat and cause more problems, can anyone advice? 

And if anyone can suggest a 120mm  AIO with a good quiet pump. 

I'll also be using corsair's ml fans for quiet fans. 

I'm trying to get my system as quiet as possible.

well a pc is very quiet when it's broken

I'd recommend using a power supply with a fan , or just use a phone or tablet

Fanless PSUs expect there to be some airflow from the case fans. If you want a quiet PSU, just get a quiet PSU.

im not sure if i would go fanless. the case doesnt look like it has a lot of airflow. just get one that turns the fan off at low loads.

the key to low noise is low rpm meaning no restrictions. and then once you get there and everything is silent like the fans and the psu and no coilwhine from the gpu if youre lucky then you will start noticing other sounds more and things like the pump adn harddrive noises will become more prominent

"You know it'll clock down as soon as it hits 40°C, right?" - "Yeah ... but it doesnt hit 40°C ... ever  😄"

I'm hoping the only sound comes from the 10tb hdd and nothing else.

im just saying the lower noise everything else is the you gonna noice the small stuff.

Pcthemes lists a coolermaster V850 for $149, it's overkill but pretty cheap.

Do not mix fanless components with cramped form factors.

For a silent build with some fanless componentes, a larger case with more space for air to flow properly would be a better option.

Also, Corsair's ML fans are not even close to being the most silent fans on the market right now, even some ball bearing options can be quieter.

The SG13 seems to support ATX PSUs up to 15cm long. The Bitfenix Formula is 14cm long, but non-modular.

Modern fanless need airflow. You do not have that.

Besides that, I see some huge Problems in your build, if you want it really quiet:

That is not really possible to get it really quiet in that size. The best way might be an SFX PSU with the Silverstone PP08 Adaptorbracket, mount the PSU as high as possible and use a mediocre Aircooler. Something like NH-L12 Should be possible. That Heatsink is good for around 100W or so.

One of these Seasonics would be a good choice:

SeaSonic FOCUS Plus 650 Gold SSR-650FX

SeaSonic SSR-650FM

SeaSonic SSR-650PX

Seasonic SSR-650SGX

 

Although 550W would be plenty, I bumped you up a bit for "future proofing" and to keep the fan in silent mode longer, however, you could flip it and keep it in active mode if you need to remove heat from the system. PCPartPicker says these will fit, but you'll need to double check. The SSR-650SGX  is only 125mm, so this may be the best choice.

Modular PSU take a lot more space than the dimensions sugest. People tend to forget the Connectors!
And they are usually another 10mm or so...

 

Lower Wattage Formula come with only 2 Drive Cables anyway, so there isn't much left to manage. And for that there is ziptie. With that the PSU takes way less space than a modular one.

If price doesn't matter at all, I'd use the NH-L12 as a CPU Cooler and the Silverstone Nightjar NJ450-SXL as a PSU. 

And you need to purchase the PP08 SFX in ATX Bracket as well. That should be the best....

 

If you care a bit about Money, a SST-SX500-G would do the job.

My PC can be silent if I turn most of the fans off?, if you can actually find fans that can run silent at max or mid power then pls send them to me, also you will need to use ssd storage not hhd becauses they are loud.

I have a few silent fans, bequiet fans are pretty quiet and if you can't get your hands on those I recommend the corsair ml 120/140 pros rgb or non rgb up to you. 

My favorite is still bequiet's silent wings3 but if you're on a pure wings2 will do fine
