MacOS Preview App alternative for Windows

As the title explains I'm looking for a similar app like MacOS Preview for Windows 10. I've been a Mac user for the past 15 years and I have had enough so I'm preparing my return with a couple of basic apps like this one.

I have looked all around the web and I have found many alternatives and they all SUCK big time. They either have a UI from 1995, do not offer basic editing functionalities like adding text or shapes, they have their own confusing and unnecessary photo catalog function, or they either manage PDF or images only.

I work a lot on preview because of the enormous flexibility doing with super fast: cropping, resizing, adding arrows or text, turning images and documents to PDF, rearranging the page order in now time just by dragging the pages, who's a Mac user gets me.

Does anyone have anymore suggestion excluding these failed apps:

• IrfanView
• XnView
• Nomacs
