Best quiet fans static pressure fans for AIO cooler?

I have some Corsair high performance static pressure fans but they are super noisy. What is the best quiet option for me?

Phanteks MP fans, Noctua NF-A12/F14, Fractal HP fans and Scythe Gentle Typhoon. Some might want to put the be quiet Silent Wings 3 here but I myself don't.

In addition to what Jurrunio said, the maglev fans Corsair has (as well as the EK Vardars aka spiritual successor to GTs) seem to be pretty good for rads as well.

SW3's are top notch. Have 22 of them in my SMA8 build. Settled on them after buying Gentle Typhoons, Noctua f12 i2000's, Corsair MLs and EK Vardar F4's and comparing them all attached to an EK 360XE in p/p config cooling an OC'd 3770K and 1080ti.  At low RPMs (under 600), the SW3's, Noctuas and GTs gave me the same water Delta T within half a degree, Vardars were a little worse, and MLs were noticably worse. SW3s were the quietest out of all of them. GTs were quiet too, but they have an awful motor noise if you go much above 600 rpms. SW3s dont sound like anything other than air movement even at max speed.

 

Disclaimer is that i run 400 RPM in P/P config on HWL GTX rads.

i use 9 BQ SW3 on rads 2 HWlabs 360GTS and 1 EK-PE 360. I run them at 500 rpm up to 1200 rpm. At 500rpm I can not hear them at all.

NF-F12 from Noctua.

 

FYI, i have some Gentle Typhoons myself and im not impressed with their noise tbh, they not loud by any means but they do hum at anything above 1000rpm, so i would stick with Noctua.
