First PC Build

Hi, I am going to be building my first PC this summer and I wanted to make sure that everything works okay and feel free to suggest something.


Specs:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

- Graphics card: Geforce RTX 2060

- HDD: 1 TB HHD

- SSD: 240GB SSD

- Motherboard: ASRock B450 Pro4 (ATX)

- RAM: 16 GB DDR4 (3200MHz)

- PSU: 620W ATX 80+ Bronze

- CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO

- Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-05

I would recommend getting a 550W 80+ Gold power supply. You won't need 650W, and a gold rated one is likely to be much higher quality. I would recommend Seasonic, but Corsair CXM would also do the trick.

If you are not building until Summer then wait for Ryzen 3xxx.

Yes Ryzen 2xxx are 2nd gen. Ryzen 3xxx are going to be 3rd gen and they will have higher clock speeds.
