QLC on the Qvo, TLC on the Evo. Qvo has lower endurance and speed for a lower price.

QLC SSDs, such as the QVO simply aren't really ready for prime time yet. It's not that much more to get an EVO and you will be much happier with it.

One has to be proactive, not reactive, to ensure the safety of one's data so backup your data! And RAID is NOT a backup!
