Steam Client And Steam Related Websites Not Working

It has happened recently That My Steam Client Is Acting Weird, It Can Show Me The Library Page But Other Than That Like Store etc, It Shows A Black Screen And Nothing else, Trying to access steamcommunity website or steam related websites, It tells me that Access Is Denied,You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server.

School network,

Restricted network,

or does your internet connection have some kind of child "firewall" ?

if you have a vpn disable it and if you are a school network give up

I am on my Home Network And There Is No VPN that i have been using recently
