Logitech and usb 3.0 takes time to load at windows start

I have a Logitech g502 plugged into the back of a Asus motherboard into a usb 3.0 port and when I start Windows 7 the mouse is frozen/doesn't move for 10-15 seconds.  Logitech mouse software is installed.

 

When I moved the mouse into a usb 2.0 port on the back of the motherboard it worked right away with no problems.

 

Does anyone know why this happens on usb 3.0?
